  17. Think about this for a minute. A Windows shareware compiler would have
  18. to license the Windows SDK just like Borland, etc do in order to
  19. generate Windows programs. How likely is it a shareware compiler writer
  20. would have the financial backing to do this? How likely is it MS would
  21. license this to someone who would make their code publically available
  22. all over the universe?
