- Think about this for a minute. A Windows shareware compiler would have
- to license the Windows SDK just like Borland, etc do in order to
- generate Windows programs. How likely is it a shareware compiler writer
- would have the financial backing to do this? How likely is it MS would
- license this to someone who would make their code publically available
- all over the universe?
